Super Duty Rubbing Compound (PBS-1) Download MSDS DESCRIPTION:
A very aggressive, silicone and wax free compound which quickly removes scratches and oxidation from all painted surfaces.  Will maintain a high rate of cut with constant medium pressure on the buffer. Will remove wet sand scratch marks.  Use with Granitize’s 702V wool pad or 3000G foam pad.

PRODUCT FEATURES:

APPLICATION:
1.    Always start with the roof of the vehicle and proceed to the hood, trunk and then sides.
2.    Apply a small amount of product directly on a Granitize wool cutting pad, Part No. 702V or foam pad, Part No. 3000G .
3.    While the product is wet, buff a 2’ x 2’ area at a time, with a high speed buffer set some where between 1200 and 1800     RPM with the cutting pad.  Buff until the product is dry applying light even pressure.  Clean the pad regularly with pad     spur.
4.    Remove any swirl marks and restore gloss with Granitizes PBS-3 Foam Polishing Pad Glaze with a high speed buffer and     a foam polishing pad, Part No. 2000G.
5.    Apply a wax product such as Granitizes Polymer Wetcoat, Part No. PW to protect the restored finish.

*     Do not use a wax product such as Polymer Wetcoat on freshly painted surfaces as fresh paint must cure for 90 days.
Rubbing Compound (PBS-2) Download MSDS DESCRIPTION:
A medium aggressive, silicone and wax free compound which will safely and effectively remove 1200 or finer sand scratches, other fine scratches, medium to heavy duty oxidation, coarse swirl marks or water spots, and leaves a fine finish.  Excellent for use with a high speed buffer or hand applications.

APPLICATION WHEN USING WITH A HIGH SPEED BUFFER:
1.    Always start with the roof of the vehicle and proceed to the hood, trunk and then sides.
2.    Apply a small amount of product directly on a Granitize wool pad, Part No. 702V or foam pad Part No. 3000G.
3.    While the product is wet, buff a 2’ X 2’ area at a time with a high speed buffer set between 1,600 rpm and 1,800 rpm..  Buff area using light to medium pressure.
4.    Remove compound spatter from adjacent panels before buffing the next panel.

APPLICATION WHEN USED BY HAND:

1.    Dispense a quarter size drop of material onto a clean, soft, cotton terry towel or wax applicator and apply to the paint surface     using a firm, circular motion.
2.    Rub until dry, turning the cloth to assist clean-up.  Repeat as necessary.  To enhance the finish, remove compound swirls using Granitize Fine Finish II, Part No. PBS-4.
3.    Apply a wax product such as Granitizes Polymer Wetcoat, Part No. PW to protect the restored finish.
Do not use a wax product such as Polymer Wetcoat on freshly painted surfaces as fresh paint must cure for 90 days.
Foam Polishing Pad Glaze (PBS-3) Download MSDS DESCRIPTION:
Granitize Foam Polishing Pad Glaze is recommended for use to remove compounding swirl marks from all types of refinish or factory applied automotive paints.  May also be used to remove fine scratches and wheel marks from paints that do not require compounding.

•    Excellent to remove fine scratches and light oxidation
•    Use with a high speed variable buffer

APPLICATION:
To minimize the possibility of staining, do not apply in direct sunlight or onto a hot surface.  Use with an air or electric variable speed buffer (1,200 to 1,600 rpm) equipped with a Granitize Part No. 3000G Foam Polishing Pad.
Shake well before using.
1.    Apply enough material to the paint surface to work a two foot by two foot area.  To minimize slinging material, apply glaze sparingly and spread with the polishing pad before starting the buffer.
2.    Start the buffer and buff using light to medium pressure.
3.    Reduce pressure as material begins to dry and polish to a high gloss.
4.    Remove material that might have slung onto an adjacent panel using a soft damp cloth as soon as possible or before glazing the next panel.  To enhance the finish use Granitize Body Shop Hand Or Machine Glaze Part No. PBS-5 by hand or with a high speed variable buffer equipped with a Granitize Foam Pad Part No. 2000G.
Fine Finish III (PBS-4) Download MSDS DESCRIPTION:
Granitize Fine Finish II is recommended for use to remove light swirl marks from all types of refinished or factory applied automotive paints.  Also excellent for removing ultra fine scratches from paints that do not require compounding.

APPLICATION

Body Shop Hand or Machine Glaze (PBS-5) Download MSDS DESCRIPTION:
Granitize Body Shop Hand Or Machine Glaze is recommended for use by hand or high speed variable buffer to increase surface gloss and to clean up spatter or residue after machine glazing all types of refinished or factory applied automotive paints.

APPLICATION:
1.    Apply enough material to the paint surface to work a two foot by two foot area.
2.    Use a Granitize Foam Polishing Pad, Part No. 2000G and set buffer between 1,200 to 1,600 rpm using light to medium pressure.  Reduce pressure when polish begins to dry.
3.    When finished, use a Granitize Micro Fiber Cloth, Part No. H-56 to remove any spatter or residue from painted.  This will also help produce a high gloss.
4.    Hand:  Work small areas, about one or two square feet at a time.
5.    Shake container well before using.
6.    Dispense a half dollar size drop of material onto a clean, soft, cotton terry towel or wax applicator and apply to the paint surface using a firm, circular motion.
7.    Wipe off with a clean dry Granitize Micro Fiber Cloth, Part No. H-56 and polish by hand to a high luster.  Turn cloth at regular intervals.
Spray and Shine (C-11) Download MSDS DESCRIPTION:
A Spray on, wipe off formula to enhance and maintain painted surfaces. Removes smudges, smears, finger prints and dust from paint, chrome, and glass.

APPLICATION FOR SHOWROOM CARS:
1.    Spray on a small amount of product onto a 2’ x 2’ area at a time.  Make sure the surface is cool to the touch.
2.    With a soft cloth such as Granitizes H-56 Micro Fiber towels, simply wipe the area clean.

APPLICATION FOR USE WITH GRANA-CLAY:
1.    Spray on a small amount of product onto a 2’ x 2’ area at a time.  Make sure the surface is cool to the touch.
2.    Flatten out the Grana-Clay like a pancake and begin rubbing the Grana-Clay on the painted surface until the surface is smooth.
Grana Clay (C-12) DESCRIPTION:
An aggressive clay bar that provides a quick and easy way to smooth away roughness on painted surfaces caused by fallout, overspray, and rail dust.

APPLICATION:
1.    Examine the clay bar to ensure that it’s free of contaminants.
2.    Generously mist the surface being treated with Granitizes C-11 Spray & Shine for a lubricant.
3.    Flatten Grana-Clay out like a pancake and lightly rub clay bar over the surface.
4.    For best results, keep the vehicles surface saturated throughout the process, and kneading the clay bar periodically to ensure the surface of the clay bar is clean.
5.    Pressure rinse all areas treated.
Zero V.O.C. Degreaser (E-3) Download MSDS DESCRIPTION:
A green, very aggressive, concentrated, non caustic all purpose degreaser which is bio-degradable.  Dilute 1:20.

APPLICATION:
1.    Mix 1 part product with 20 parts water (1:20).
2.    Wet the entire body area around the engine with cool water.
3.    Apply product with a trigger sprayer to the engine, engine compartment, and wheels.
4.    Pressure rinse the areas sprayed.  Hold the wand 8” to 12” from the surface being rinsed.
5.    Pressure rinse the engine compartment last.

*    Do not allow product to dry on surface.
Auto Suds (S-1) Download MSDS DESCRIPTION:
A highly concentrated pink liquid soap featuring a high, stable foam that lifts and holds dirt in suspension and film free rinsing.

HOW TO USE:
•    Mix 1.5 parts product with 128 parts water (8 ounces of soap in 5 gallons of water).
•    Ensure the vehicle is out of direct sunlight, and then wet its surface with cool water.
•    Apply Auto Suds solution from the top of the vehicle down.
•    Agitate the solution with a sponge or wash mitt, including the wheel wells (using a separate mitt).
•    Rinse the vehicle from the top down, using low pressure.
•    Remove any excess water with a chamois.
